The Software is available for free download from the Site and other third party sources. If such third parties collect any Information from you as part of the download process, such Information is not subject to this Policy, we are not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of such Information collected by such third parties, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure.

During your use of the Software, we will collect Non-Personal Information relating to your use of the Software, such as the number and type of uses, time on-screen, screen configuration, browser, fields enabled/disabled, fields used, and other Software usage metrics. The Software may also generate and report a unique ID and/or build ID associated with your installation of the Software.
